We are also keenly aware that the success of the company largely hinges on the performance of its loyal and dedicated workforce. They have made a unique contribution to the company, for which we are very grateful.

Headquarter and the only production facility in Leopoldshöhe (close to Bielefeld), Ostwestfalen-Lippe, which is one of the strongest German economic regions with around 140,000 companies, one million employees and a gross domestic product of more than EUR 60 billion per year. OWL is one of the leading technology locations in Europe.

In 1986, KOCH founded a sales representation in Atlanta, USA. Here, 20 employees are responsible for the sale and service of KOCH woodworking machines, Dynma clamps and Paul saws, as well as the Canadian market.
